Business Tool ยท Marketing PlanA marketing plan for owners who do marketing alone.
Tell it which channels you use, what has brought in customers, what has not, and how many hours a week you really have. Each month you get a plan with real dates, a list of what to stop doing, and one clear way to know if it worked.
- Sized to your weekly hours
- Real dates, not a template
- Measured in customers, not likes

From a demo account. Business details blurred.
A month of marketing, decided.
Everything in the plan comes from what your customers ask for and what has actually worked for you.
A positioning line
One sentence you could say out loud to a stranger about who you help and how.
Themes weighted by demand
Four to six themes drawn from what customers ask for, each with a share of the month and the question customers are really asking.
Ideas for the channels you use
Ideas for each channel you already use, each tagged with its theme and effort. At most one new channel, and only with a reason.
A calendar with real dates
Four weeks of posts, emails, offers, and review asks on actual dates, plus at least one thing only you can do in person.
What to stop doing
Three to five things to drop, each tied to something you said did not work or that is not producing customers.
Website notes
Share your site and get specific fixes from a review of your pages, including a warning if the site looks empty to search engines.
Fifteen minutes the first time. One click after that.
Your profile is saved, so next month's plan takes one click.
Share your links
Your website and your Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, plus up to three other links.
Describe how you market today
Channels, how often you post, what brought customers in, what did not, and your hours per week.
Generate the month
Pick this month or next. The plan builds from your answers and everything your board already knows.
Work the calendar
Copy it as Markdown, download the PDF, and check your numbers weekly in five minutes.
If it does not bring in customers, it does not count.
Most marketing advice is measured in impressions and followers because those are easy to count. Your bank balance does not care about either.
Every Boule Board plan is judged by customer actions, has a weekly check you can finish over coffee, and a rule for when to drop an idea that is not working.
- Key events. Calls, bookings, form fills, direction requests, walk-ins, and replies.
- A five-minute weekly check. One sentence that tells you what to look at and where.
- A kill rule. The number and the date after which an idea gets dropped.
- Grounded in your words. Stop-doing items cite what you told it. It never tells you to stop something that worked.
- Plan history. Every month is saved, so you can see what you tried and what it produced.
Frequently asked questions
What is in a Boule Board marketing plan?
A one-sentence positioning line, four to six themes weighted by what your customers are asking for, channel-by-channel ideas with effort levels, a calendar with real dates for the month, a list of things to stop doing, how the month will be judged, and notes on your website.
How does it know what to recommend?
It reads what you already told your board: your business brief, your Boule Audit, decisions and open action items from your sessions, summaries of documents you uploaded, and your answers about how you market today. If you share your website, it reviews the pages too. It does not invent customers or results.
I only have two hours a week for marketing. Will the plan fit?
Yes. You tell it how many hours a week you can give marketing, and the calendar is sized to fit inside them. It also reuses posts and pages you already have instead of asking you to make everything new.
Will it tell me to be on every social platform?
No. It works with the channels you already use and suggests at most one new channel, with a one-sentence reason. If you are not marketing anywhere yet, it picks the single best place to start.
How is success measured?
By things customers do: calls, bookings, form fills, direction requests, walk-ins, and replies. Never impressions, reach, likes, or followers. Each plan includes a five-minute weekly check and a rule for when to drop an idea that is not working.
Can I get a new plan every month?
Yes. Generate a plan for this month or next, and earlier plans stay in your history. Copy any plan as Markdown or download it as a PDF.
